Gift experiences cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or account balance.

The full experience must be used in one visit. For example, you cannot redeem the welcome drink or wine at a later date. More than one experience per table may be used.

By Modou is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift experiences, whether digital or physical (including printed versions). It is your responsibility to ensure access to the gift experience remains with the intended recipient. Please note that printing the email confirmation is not accepted as payment.

Our management team reserves the right to reject any gift experience that appears to have been tampered with or is otherwise unacceptable.
